I am passionate about supporting children to thrive. My
vision is to support all children to have the courage to lead authentic lives.
I've been teaching young children for over twenty years and for the last ten I’ve been the director of the Preschool and Toddler Program at the Neighborhood Music School in New Haven,
Connecticut. As a parent coach, I work with parents who are dedicated to excellence in parenting.
My specialty is intensive support for parents who want to learn to coach their children
to have the self esteem necessary to grow and thrive in the world.
I also provide the emotional support that parents need when there are difficult changes taking place in the family,
eg: separation, divorce, death and/or any other traumatic events that might
occur.
I am a tireless advocate for children when families experience difficulties and
a wonderful partner for both parents and children as families navigate through
their challenging circumstances, particularly when children feel powerless and
overlooked in the face of adult problems.
I've helped hundreds of families over the years to achieve better
communication and more harmonious interactions. I've supported parents and their children through
a broad array of distressing experiences.
